Vietnam: Bulk coal imports rise 20% m-o-m in Nov'24; Indonesia remains top supplier

Vietnam's bulk coal (coking, non-coking, and met coke) imports rose 20% in Nov'24 to 4 mnt from 3.2 mnt in Oct'24. Additionally, imports in Nov'24 were 43% higher than 2.8 mnt in Nov'23. Indonesia remained the leading supplier at 2.5 mnt, followed by Australia at 1.1 mnt. Notably, in Jan-Nov'24, imports totalled 48.4 mnt, a 30% rise from 37.3 mnt in the CPLY.
