In Nov'24, the RMDAS ferrous scrap index, indicating spot market prices for steel mills and foundries in the US, witnessed mixed trends. The index recorded the following price adjustments (compared to the previous assessment on 21 Oct'24):

- Prompt industrial composite scrap fell $3/t to $403/t.
- HMS rose $2/t to $335/t.
