South32's manganese ore production surges by 88% q-o-q in Q2FY'25
South32's manganese ore production soared by 88% q-o-q to 1.124 wet million tonnes (wmnt) in Q2FY'25 and increased by 38% y-o-y in H1FY'25 due to production resumption in Australia. However, sales decreased by 16% q-o-q to 0.498 wmnt. Meanwhile, the production guidance for FY'25 remains unchanged for Australian and South African manganese ore operations.Note: South32's financial year runs from July to June.
