Nepal: Rebar offers fall by $7/t w-o-w amid weaker domestic demand
Nepal's rebar offers fell by NPR 1,000/t ($7) to NPR 73,000/t w-o-w for cash guarantee. While the offers remained stable for bank guarantee at NPR 76,000/t, respectively. Amid sluggish demand, purchases were limited to essential needs. WRC offers from the IF/EAF route increased by $10/t w-o-w, reaching $500/t ex-works Durgapur, while BF route offers remained stable at $560-565/t ex-works.
