Iran: Billet, rebar prices continue to head south amid weak finished steel market sentiments

Iran's domestic billet and rebar prices continued their downtrend owing to a decrease in sales at the Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) and weak finished steel market sentiments, sources informed SteelMint.

• Billet prices fell by 1,000 Rial/Kg to 203,000 Rial/Kg as against 18 Dec.
• Rebar prices stood at 248,000 Rial/Kg, a decrease of 3,000 Rial/Kg.
