Indian ferro vanadium prices decline on market uncertainty
Indian ferro vanadium (FeV) prices dropped by INR 47,000/t ($563/t) w-o-w to INR 1,133,000/t ($13,565/t) exw-Raipur (for FeV 50%). Although manufacturers reduced quotes, there was scarce availability of low-priced material. Therefore, inquiries were limited, and minimal transactions occurred at the higher prices. The supply-demand stalemate has led to a wait-and-watch mood, with short-term price fluctuations expected.
