India: Tata Motors reports 8% y-o-y drop in sales in Aug'24
Tata Motors Limited witnessed an 8% y-o-y drop in total sales volumes to 71,693 units in Aug'24 as against 78,010 units in Aug'23. The company's domestic sales stood at 70,006 units in Aug compared with 76,261 units in Aug. Total sales of passenger vehicles dropped 3% y-o-y to 44,486 units in Aug from 45,933 units in Aug and commercial vehicle (CV) sales fell by 15% to 27,207 units.
