India: Tata Metaliks increases pig iron prices by INR 500/t ($6/t)
Tata Metaliks has announced a price increase of INR 500/t ($6/t) in pig iron (both basic and foundry grades) due to demand increases at previous offers. Post-revision, prices of foundry-grade pig iron stand at INR 43,000/t ($516/t) while those of basic-grade pig iron (Si 1.0-1.5%) are at INR 40,500/t ($486/t).Prices are exw-Kharagpur and applicable for Kolkata and Howrah.
