India: Stainless steel scrap market remains range-bound
The Indian stainless steel scrap market remained silent due to limited trading activity amid the approaching holidays. SteelMint's 304-grade scrap stood at INR 112,000/t ($1,347/t) and 316-grade at INR 198,000/t ($2,382/t), ex-Delhi. Imported 304 is priced at $1,340/t, and 316-grade scrap is observed at $2,450/t CFR Mundra.
