India: South African iron ore lump offers rise $5/t w-o-w
South African iron ore lump (Fe 64%) import offers increased by $5/t w-o-w to $150/t CNF Kandla on 20 Dec'23. The buyers from India stayed away for African lumps and remained in wait-and-watch mode. Sources stated that offers will remain on the higher side in the coming days for lumps. However, the benchmark Fe62% fines index fell by $4/t w-o-w to $134/t CFR China on 19 Dec'23.
