Indian import offers for South African iron ore lumps (Fe 64%) dropped by $5/t w-o-w to $109/t CNF Kandla on 23 Oct'24. Demand for imported lumps remained low due to the absence of international traders for the India-South Africa route and reduced buying interest from Gujarat-based mills. Spot prices of iron ore (Fe 62%) fines fell by $5/t w-o-w to $100/t CFR China on 22 Oct.
