India: SKMEPL to auction 100,000 t of iron ore from Karnataka
SKMEPL has scheduled an iron ore auction for 40,000 t of lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 53.1-64%) and 60,000 t of fines (Fe 49-62.5%) from its Ramanadurga mines in Karnataka. The auction will be held on 20 Dec'23. The base prices for lumps and fines are set at INR 4,500-6,000/t and INR 1,500-6,000/t, respectively. Prices are on ex-mines basis, including royalty, DMF and NMET.
