India: Raipur pellet makers raise pellet offers by INR 200-300/t ($3-3.5/t)
Raipur-based pellet makers have raised pellet (Fe 63% +/-0.5) offers by INR 200-300/t ($3-3.5/t) to INR 10,200-10,300/t ($122-123/t) exw-Raipur, effective from 21 Dec'23. Meanwhile, around 5,000 t of pellet deal was also concluded at previous offer of INR 10,000/t ($120/t) exw-Raipur. However, no active deal is heard at the revised prices. Recent export deals from Raipur and a lack of stock are possibly the reasons for the hike in offers, according to sources.
