India: Pellet prices rise by INR 100/t in Bellary
Pellet (Fe 63%) prices in Bellary rose by INR 100/t to INR 10,900/t exw today compared to 15 Dec'23 levels. Around 20,000 t of pellet deals were recorded at INR 10,700-10,900/t exw. Increase in iron ore offers and shortage of fines have forced the pellet makers to raise the pellet offers. However, sponge (P-DRI) prices decreased by INR 300/t w-o-w to INR 28,400/t exw.
