India: Pellet prices in Raipur rise by INR 200-300/t ($2.5-4/t)
Raipur-based pellet makers hiked offers for Fe 63% (+/-0.5%) on 7 Dec'24 by INR 200-300/t ($2.5-4/t) to INR 9,000-9,100/t ($107-108/t) exw. Godawari Power & Ispat opened pellet offers for Fe63.5% and Fe65.5% at INR 9,300/t ($110/t), and INR 10,500/t ($124/t) exw, respectively. Improvement in sponge and finished prices, and competitive Odisha pellet offers led to a rise in pellet prices in Raipur.
