India: NMDC Donimalai iron ore auction fetches higher bids
NMDC had an iron ore auction from Donimalai Mines, Karnataka on 23 Dec'23.
- 44,000 t fines (Fe 59%) were booked at 4,010-4,020/t against the base price of INR 3,300/t.
- 16,000 t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 59%) were booked at INR 3,894-3,924/t against the base price of INR 3,464/t.
- Bid prices for fines and lumps were higher against base price by INR 720/t and INR 460/t, respectively. Prices include royalty, DMF & NMET.
