India: Medium-carbon silico manganese prices rise by INR 1,600/t ($19/t) w-o-w

India's medium-carbon silico manganese (Mn: 53%, Si: 20%, C: 0.5% max) prices rose by INR 1,600/t ($19/t) w-o-w to INR 79,800/t ($940/t) exw-Durgapur on 19 Dec'24. Indicative Offers were generally in the range of INR 79,000-80,000/t ($930-942/t), while transactions took place at INR 77,000-80,000/t ($907-942/t). The total trade volume reached 2,360 t this week.
