India: Major automaker's ADC12 settlement prices for Dec'24 hit 9-month low amid weak demand

A prominent automobile manufacturer has announced its ADC12 prices for Dec'24 settlements at INR 209,000/t, reflecting a reduction of INR 900/t from Nov's price of INR 209,900/t. This marks the lowest price seen in nine months, with similar levels last recorded in Mar'24. The decline is mainly due to ongoing weak demand in the automobile sector.
