India: JSW Steel's crude steel production edges down by 2% y-o-y in Oct'24
JSW Steel's crude steel production from its Indian operations edged down by 2% to 2.199 mnt in Oct'24 as compared with 2.236 mnt in Oct'23. Capacity utilisation at the company's Indian operations stood at 89%, impacted by temporary maintenance at one of the blast furnaces in Dolvi. Meanwhile, JSW Steel's consolidated crude steel production inched down by 1% to 2.281 mnt in Oct'24 from 2.312 mnt in the CPLY.
