India: Jindal SAW cuts pellet offers by INR 200/t ($2.5/t)
Jindal SAW reduced its pellet (Fe63%) offers by INR 200/t ($2.5/t) to INR 11,000/t ($128/t) DAP Kandla on 8 Jan'25. Competitive offers from other regions and the recent drop in semi-finished steel prices in Gujarat led to the drop in Jindal's pellet offers. China's spot prices of iron ore fines (Fe 62%) decreased by $9/t m-o-m to $97/t CFR on 7 Jan.
