India: HR strip prices rise d-o-d in key markets
HR strip (patra) prices rose by INR 200/t ($2/t) d-o-d in Mandi Gobindgarh. Meanwhile, prices in Raipur increased by INR 100/t ($1/t) d-o-d. Current base-grade patra (148-200 mm, 2 mm thick) prices stand at INR 43,000/t ($516/t) exw-Raipur and INR 45,300/t ($543/t) exw-Mandi Gobindgarh. Prices exclude GST at 18%.
