India: Hindalco raises aluminium ingot prices by INR 4,250/t ($50/t)
India's primary aluminium producer raised ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices by INR 4,250/t ($50/t) with effect from 28 Aug'24 compared to 27 Aug. Hindalco's prices stood at INR 256,750/t ($3,062/t). All prices are ex-works and exclude GST. At the time of reporting, aluminium futures on LME stood at $2,637/t.
