India: Heavy structural steel prices remain unchanged in Raipur d-o-d despite higher discounts

IF-route heavy structural steel prices remained stable d-o-d in Raipur. The current offer for 150mm channel stands at INR 53,000/t exw. Buyers are in a wait-and-watch mode to procure material due to slow trends and marginal fall in steel billets prices in the key markets. However, suppliers were offering higher trade discounts hovering around INR 2,000/t.
