India: Ferro chrome export prices stable w-o-w
Indian ferro chrome export prices were steady last week at 87 cents/lb CNF for China and 95 cents/lb CNF for Japan and South Korea. Chinese buyers asked lower-priced material at Dec'24 tender price, challenging Indian suppliers. A South Korean tender of 1,200 t (10-50 mm) was finalized at 97.5 cents/lb CNF, with shipment expected by early Jan'25. Japan's spot market remained quiet.
