SteelMint's weekly assessment observed a $7/t decline, reaching $373/t CPT Nepal for FeM 80% (70% lumps, 30% fines). This price decrease followed a drop in domestic offers by INR 700-1,000/t ($8-12/t) w-o-w in the eastern region. Two rakes (5,000 t) of sponge iron were sold at $350-355/t LTW from eastern India, and around 4,000 t of P-DRI was concluded at $300-305/t exw Durgapur. Additionally, 7,000 tonnes of 78 FeM CDRI lumps were exported to Bangladesh at $378-382/t CPT Benapole.
