India: Buyers book 7,000 t of pig iron at NMDC's latest auction
NMDC's steel plant in Nagarnar, Chhattisgarh, conducted an auction for 10,000 t of steel-grade pig iron on 20 Jan'25. Out of the total quantity on offer, 7,000 t were booked at a base price of INR 31,000/t. In the previous auction, held on 13 Jan'25, 1,000 t were booked at an average price of INR 31,500/t.
