India: Bids rise for most grades m-o-m in OMC's chrome ore auction, higher grades dip

At OMC's chrome ore auction yesterday, the entire 33,600t (including 10,000t of sub-40% grade) were sold. However, bids for South Kaliapani's superior 54% and 48-50% grades dropped 0.3%-1% (INR 10-273/t) vis-a-vis October. Bids for other grades increased 1.31%-10.98% (INR 360-2,633/t) m-o-m. Premiums upped 1%-67.15% (INR200-15,500). Bids increased possibly on limited domestic supplies.
