India: Automaker's CR busheling scrap auction witnesses bids rise by INR 700-800/t
On 11 Sept'24, a prominent 4-wheeler manufacturer in North India conducted an auction for approximately 3,000 tonnes of CR busheling prompt scrap (low manganese) at its Gurgaon-Haryana facility. The entire lot was sold at INR 38,500-38,600/t ex-works, reflecting a price increase of INR 700-800/t compared to the previous auction on 9 Aug, where 3,153 t were sold at INR 37,700-37,900/t exw.
