India: Automaker's CR busheling auction sees price decline of up to INR 700/t
On 14 Jan'25, a major 4-wheeler manufacturer in north India held an auction for around 5,300 t of CR busheling prompt scrap (low manganese) at its Gurgaon facility. The material fetched INR 36,700-36,900/t exw, marking a price decline of INR 600-700/t from the previous auction on 10 Dec'24, where 2,200 t were sold at INR 37,500-37,600/t exw.
