India: AM/NS issues 5,500-t silico manganese purchase tender

ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel (AM/NS) India has floated a purchase tender for 5,500 t of medium-carbon silico manganese (Mn: min 60%, C: min 2.5%; 10-50 mm) for its Gujarat-based plant, with the bid submission deadline as 11 Nov'24. The delivery schedule is 3,000 t in Dec'24 and 2,500 t in Jan'25. BigMint assessed medium-carbon silico manganese (53%) prices at INR 82,800/t exw-Durgapur on 30 Oct'24.
