China's raw coal production inches up in 2024
In Dec'24, China's raw coal production reached 440 mnt, marking a 2.4% increase from Nov, with a 1.3% y-o-y rise for CY'24 at 4.76 bnt, according to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS). Meanwhile, coke production in Dec stood at 41.48 mnt, up 0.2% from Dec'23, but CY'24's total dropped 0.8% y-o-y to 489.27 mnt.
