  • Billet prices in Tangshan rose by RMB 20/t ($3/t) d-o-d to RMB 3,680/t ($516/t) on 22 Dec'23. Prices include 13% VAT.
  • Increase in raw material, finished steel prices and rebar futures have kept billet prices supported.
  • SHFE rebar futures (May'24 delivery) increased by RMB 16/t ($2/t) d-o-d to RMB 4,004/t ($561/t) today.
