China: Automobile sales increase 8% m-o-m in Oct'24
Chinese automobile sales in Oct'24 increased by 8.7% m-o-m to 3.053 million units against 2.809 million units in Sep'24, as per data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM). Moreover, sales volume rose by 7% y-o-y as against 2.85 million units in Oct'24. During Jan-Oct'24, auto production and sales rose by 1.9% and 2.7% y-o-y to 24.46 and 24.62 million units, respectively.
