Brazil announces preliminary anti-dumping ruling on stainless steel pipes from India, Taiwan

Brazil's Ministry of Development, Industry, and Foreign Trade (MDIC) has announced a preliminary positive anti-dumping (AD) ruling on welded austenitic stainless steel pipes from India and Taiwan. Provisional duties stand at $125.18-1,132.89/t. The investigation will extend to nearly eight months, with a final decision expected by Mar'25. The petitioner is Aperam Inox Tubos Brasil Ltda.
