India: Hindustan Zinc raises zinc, lead prices by up to INR 1,000/t ($12/t)
Hindustan Zinc (HZL) revised its zinc and lead ingot prices, effective 21 Oct'24. Zinc prices were raised by INR 500/t ($7/t) and lead by INR 1,000/t ($12/t) compared to 17 Oct'24. Post-revision, prices of zinc ingots stood at INR 307,500/t ($3,657/t) and lead ingots at INR 204,200/t ($2,428/t) ex-Jodhpur. At the time of reporting, LME zinc and lead were at $3,118/t and $2,428/t, respectively.
