Vizag Steel Issues Tender for Export of 10,000 MT Billet

Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), also known as Vizag Steel is a navratna PSE under the ministry of steel, has issued a tender for export of 10,000 MT billets followed by other steel products. Bidders are required to quote for entire quantity.
In the fresh tender, delivery of the material is scheduled up to 31 July'17. Bidders can keep their offer firm and valid for acceptance by RINL till 28 Jun'17.
Bidders have the option to quote for shipment either at Vizag port or Ganagavaram port.

Billet Market Offers
- Indian billet export offers remain unaltered this week at USD 400-405/MT FOB India main port for 150*150 mm. However last deal of 10,000 MT from Vizag steel of size 90 mm was concluded at USD 400/MT FOB India East Coast.
- CIS billet export offers are around USD 395/MT FOB Black Sea. Chinese billet offers remained high due to limited offers from suppliers. Indicative price for 150*150 mm assessed at USD 420-425/MT FOB China main port.
