Vietnam: HRC Import Offers Remain Stable, Limited Deals Reported

Chinese HRC import offers to Vietnam remained steady this week over limited bookings heard from Vietnamese buyers. Meanwhile end users in Vietnam are waiting to have clear outlook of the export offers from China as it remains volatile.

Vietnam HRC Trade Updates-

1. HRC (SAE 1006) 2-3mm / Vietnam market: Confirmed trade heard by MINH NGOC- a production and trading company in Vietnam at USD 602/MT CFR for 3,000 MT sold by China's Magang steel.

2.HRC (SAE 1006) 2-3mm / Chinese offer - Magang Steel at USD 606/MT CFR Vietnam.

3.HRC (SAE 1006) 2-3mm / Chinese offer - Benxi Iron & Steel mill at USD 625/MT, CFR Vietnam. Last assessment was at USD 620/MT, CFR.

4.HRC/ SAE1006 /Arcelor Mittal, Brazil Market : at USD 620/ MT CFR Vietnam.

5.HRC/SS400/Chinese offer - Baotou iron and steel group at USD 600/MT CFR Vietnam

6.HRC/SS400/Chinese offer -Benxi iron and steel group at USD 602/MT CFR Vietnam

7.Vietnam's Formosa to release domestic fresh HRC offers next week. Last HRC offers for June shipments was at USD 600/MT CFR Ho Chi Minh City.
