Taiwan Steel Exports Statistics in CY'19

As per the data maintained with SteelMint, the export log for Taiwan in Dec'19 is as follows-
1. Taiwan's finish-long exports slashed by 25% during (Jan-Dec) CY'19 to 7,89,866 MT, which was 10,51,997 MT in a similar time frame of CY'18.
Taiwan's finish-long exports in Dec'19 ascended by 9% and stood at 65,566 MT as compared to 60,049 MT in Nov'19.
However, on a yearly premise, the same tumbled by 11% in Dec'19 as against 73,971 MT in Nov'18.
2. Taiwan's finish-flat exports during (Jan-Dec) CY'19 aggregated export volumes stood at 90,86,494 MT, declined by 5% as against 95,43,765 MT in the corresponding months of CY'18.
The prolonged impact of US-China trade spat on global trades lowered nations exports in CY'19.
Vietnam, the leading importer of Taiwan, witnessed an increase of 16% in its import volumes at 15,01,232 MT in CY'19 as against 12,93,901 MT in CY'18. However, the nation's export to other leading nations, namely China, Japan, Malaysia, and the United States declined in CY'19.
The nation's finish-flat export volumes surged by 22% to 7,97,660 in Dec'19 in comparison with 6,53,424 MT a month ago.
Meanwhile, the same slipped by 2% on a yearly premise in Dec'19 as compared with 8,13,112 MT in Dec'18.
3. The nation's finish-flat stainless steel exports tumbled by 14% and aggregated to 8,72,532 MT in full-year CY'19 in contrast with 10,16,903 MT in CY'18.
