SteelMint's Daily Trade Sheet - 22 Dec'23

SteelMint's bi-weekly domestic pellet (Fe 63%) index, PELLEX, increased by INR 100/t to INR 10,200/t DAP Raipur on 22 December, 2023 compared to the last assessment on 19 December amid a hike in offers. Total deals of 15,000 t of pellets (Fe63%) were reported at INR 10,150-10,350/t DAP Raipur in this publishing window.

SteelMint's index for domestic steel scrap (end-cutting) remained stable on 22 December, 2023 at INR 37,900/t DAP Mandi Gobindgarh.

SteelMint's billet index stayed steady at INR 39,800/t exw-Raipur on 22 December, 2023. About 3,300 t of transactions were recorded on 22 December as against 1,600 t on 21 December.
