SteelMint's bi-weekly domestic pellet (Fe 63%) index, PELLEX, fell slightly by INR 50/tonne (t) to INR 9,050/t DAP Raipur on 27 June 2023, as compared to the last assessment on 23 June. Deals of 28,000 t were recorded at INR 8,800-9,350/t (Fe 63%) DAP Raipur.

SteelMint's billet index edged down by INR 150/tonne (t) on 27 June, 2023 to INR 43,250/t exw-Raipur. The index fell on gloomy market sentiments in the semi-finished segment across the country. Around 3,000 t of deals were recorded on 27 June in Raipur as against 1,810 t on 26 June.

SteelMint's India HRC (SAE1006) export index rose marginally by $5-10/t at $570-575/tonne (t) FOB east coast India.
