SteelMint's weekly Odisha iron ore fines (Fe 62%) index decreased by INR 100/t w-o-w to INR 5,000/t ex-mines on 14 October, 2023 compared to the last assessment on 7 October.

SteelMint's domestic steel scrap (end-cutting) index rose by INR 200/t d-o-d to INR 39,900/t DAP Mandi Gobindgarh on 14 October, 2023.

SteelMint's billet index rose by INR 500/tonne (t) d-o-d to INR 42,900/t ex-works Raipur on 14 October, 2023. About 700 t of billets deals were recorded on 14 October compared to 3,800 t on 13 October.
