Steel Exports of Major Iranian Mills Rise 27% Y-o-Y

Iran's major steel producing companies exported a total of 7.03 MnT during the last Iranian year which ended on 19 Mar'20 to register a Y-o-Y growth of 27%.
While during the 12th month; Feb'20, the companies shipped 520,555 MT and booked a Y-o-Y growth of 14% compared with the same month of the year before.
Khouzestan Steel Company exports were recorded at 1.83 MnT (down, 16% Y-o-Y) during the last Iranian year. However, the company still manages to register itself as the country's largest exporter during the period under consideration.
Mobarakeh Steel Company booked the second biggest exporter label during the period under consideration. The company shipped 1.45 MnT of steel, up 65% compared with last year's corresponding period.
Esfahan Steel Company (ESCO) ranked third with 1.15 MT of steel exports during the last Iranian year, up 28% compared with last year's corresponding period.
