The assembly of new electrolysis buildings is in full swing; the eighth anode unit for electrolysers has already been assembled and sent for temporary storage.
These units are key components of the new housings, which represent the most advanced technologies in aluminium production.
It is important to note that if at the beginning the assembly process took more than two months, now the company has accelerated this process; the eighth unit was manufactured in just two weeks.
The plant is preparing to launch new capacities equipped with advanced electrolysers created in-house. This transition involves shutting down and dismantling old buildings while introducing and running new technologies without increasing overall plant productivity.
