Russia: Ferro Alloy Imports Down by 24% M-o-M

According to the Russian customs, the country witnessed a decrease of 24% M-o-M in its Ferro Alloy imports in Jan'18.

Russia imported 0.16 MnT in Jan'18 against 0.21 MnT in Dec'17. However, on yearly basis, Russian imports sees an increase of 45% Y-o-Y as it imported 0.11 MnT in Jan'17.

Russian imports consist of Manganese Ore majorly at 0.08 MnT in Jan'18, witnessing a decrease of 38% M-o-M against 0.13 MnT in Dec'17. Moreover, Silico Manganese imports by Russia registered a substantial decrease of 50% M-o-M. Chrome Ore imports by Russia in Jan'18 was recorded at 0.07 MnT and witnessed no change.
