PEC Ltd Issues Tender for Sale of 98,473 MT Iron Ore

PEC Ltd, A premier Indian International trading company has issued a tender for sale of 98,473 MT iron ore lying at Juruli & Deojhar, Orrisa and the factory premises of M/S Maa Tarini Industries Limited, Sundergarh, Orrisa, India.
The minimum quantity that can be bid is 2,500 MT. Parties may also inspect the material lying at the factory premises before bidding for it.

The offer should remain valid for the period of 30 days from the last date of bid submission.

Successful bidder have to sign a contract with PEC before taking delivery of the material. The invitation of bids, terms and conditions of tender, bid of the buyer and letter of acceptance issued by company along with any amendment issued prior to signing of contract shall constitute the contract between the PEC and the buyer.

The due date for bid submission is 31 May'17 till 15:00 hrs (IST) and submitted documents is scheduled to open on same day at 15:30 hrs (IST).
