As per market source, the last export tender for billet was concluded at USD 520/MT FOB Iran. Quantity of billet offered by KSC for delivery increased to 35,000 MT as against initial offering of 30,000 MT in tender notice.
KSC - Largest exporter of Semi Finished Steel in Iran
Khouzestan Steel Company (KSC) exported around 1,940,000 MT of slab, bloom and billet during first nine months of current Persian year, registered a growth of 46% Y-o-Y. Bloom exports had the biggest share of KSC's shipments with 861,726 MT up by 150% Y-o-Y. The company exported 613,242 MT billet, up by 16% Y-o-Y. KSC exported 499,452 MT Slabs registered a growth of 5% Y-o-Y.
