On 3 Sept'21, the Indonesian Anti-dumping Commission has issued an announcement stating that it had made a positive final anti-dumping ruling on hot rolled coil of other alloy steel (HRC alloy) originating in China.
Anti-dumping duties ranging from 7.2% to 50.2% are valid for five years, and the measures will take effect from the announcement of the tax collection by the Indonesian Ministry of Finance.
The products involved are hot-rolled steel coils with boron content of 0.0008% to 0.003% and/or titanium content of 0.025% or less, involving products under the Indonesian tax code ex7225.30.90.
On 9 Mar'20, the Indonesian Anti-dumping Commission had issued an announcement to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on hot-rolled steel coils originating in China.
