Global Billet Market Overview:
1.Billet export offers from CIS nations have moved down and are assessed around USD 505-510/MT, FoB Black Sea.
2.Domestic billet prices in Tangshan (China) is at RMB 3,530/MT (including 17% VAT) which was RMB 3,590/MT a week ago.
3.Domestic billet prices in India have weakened on limited trades. It was yesterday assessed at INR 34,600-34,800/MT (ex-Mumbai).
4.Iran's KSC has issued tender for sale of 30,000 MT Billet. The due date for bid submission is 19 Jan'18 till 18:00 hrs.
