India: SAIL Floats Export Tender for 18,900 MT HR-Coils

Steel Authority of India Ltd. - a government of India company has floated an export tender for Mild Steel HR-Coils from its Bokaro Steel Plant.The tender quantity is reported to be around 18,900 MT. The cargo will be shipped from the Haldia Port.

Specification: JIS G3101 SS400 / JIS G3131 SPHC or equivalent

Size Details: 2.5-3 mm*1250 mm & > 3-11.8 mm * 1500 mm

Bidding Schedule: Starts from 15:30:00 HRS [IST] of 18 May'20 to till 17:00:00 HRS [IST] of 23 May'20

Offer Validity :Offer must be valid upto 17:00:00HRS [IST] of 27 May'20.

Shipping schedule by: 31 July'20

Indian mills are planning to raise HRC export offers by around USD 15/MT for end Jul shipments after making significant export bookings at previous offers.
