India: Odisha Iron Ore Dispatches Down 11% in Oct'19

Odisha- India's largest iron ore producing state recorded total iron ore dispatches at 6.46 MnT in Oct'19, down 11% on monthly basis as against 7.22 MnT in Sep'19. The figures exclude movement for export and dispatches of miners- SAIL & Tata Steel.

Rungta Mines, India's largest private merchant miner, dispatched the iron ore at 1.88 MnT in Oct'19, down 6% as against 2 MnT a month ago.

Serajuddin mine recorded iron ore dispatches at 0.68 MnT in Oct'19, down 26% as against 0.93 MnT in Sep'19. Serajuddin mine produces around 10 MnT iron ore annually and has an EC limit of 15.15 MnT p.a.

OMC, state-owned miner recorded 12% fall in dispatches to 0.53 MnT as against 0.60 MnT in Sep'19.

RP Sao, AMTC recorded rise in monthly dispatches at 0.45 MnT (up 10% M-o-M) and 0.42 MnT (up 31% on monthly basis) respectively.

KJS Ahluwalia, Kaypee Enterprises and Essel Mining recorded drop in iron ore dispatches at 0.41 MnT, 0.39 MnT and 0.389 MnT respectively.
